Mission Statement:
"The most important thing to remember is this: To be ready at any moment to give up what you are for what you might become." -W. E. B. Du Bois
ride an aerial tram
Completed on 05/06/2014
"Road up the hill was steep. Car I was driving was a hybrid and four people in the car. It was struggling. Engine smelled like it was burning and honestly had doubts the hybrid was going to make it. Luckily we did and I went with Nelda's son Josh. It was well worth it. Definitely do it again. Would like to do the night trip with all the lights aglow of Palm Springs. It was heart thumping going up the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. Every time we pass a pylon, it would drop. Scary. Tram would rotate and it was pretty amazing. Aunt Sally seems to get negged out on everything and is the reason I go. I am more afraid that if I don't go that fear will be my mindset. This scares me more than heights, vertigo, and falling to my death. Don't want to let the fear paralyze and miss out. We make choices and we are always right. I rather go regretting what I did than what I failed to try. San Jacinto Mountains and tram--A Must"
