"Gratefully complete. Long road and it’s been a work in progress. Knew I’d hit it soon. Kept it for a couple days. Now resetting to another lower body fat percentage. Now I set a new goal and posted on shooting for 15 percent body fat. Think that intermittent fasting was the reset model needed. Okay done and done. Thank you Big Smile"
